Each intervention includes :

  • The issue of a chimney sweeping certificate in accordance with DTU 24.1 / 24.2

Any anomaly observed (cracked flue, bistre deposits, ventilation problems, etc.) is the subject of a report and personalised technical advice.

🔍 Pre-installation audit and diagnosis

Before installing a new stove or re-commissioning an existing flue, I carry out an inspection of the flue. prior technical audit to assess the feasibility and compliance of the installation.

This audit includes :

  • L’flue pipe inspection (watertightness, dimensions, materials)
  • Le safety distance control and combustion air supply
  • L’analysis of the print run and measuring depressions
  • Verification of roof outlets and duct caps
  • If necessary, a aerial inspection by drone to assess the strain and areas that are not accessible

This audit forms a reliable basis before any new equipment is created or replaced, guaranteeing the following compliance with DTU and insurance requirements.

⚙️ Servicing and maintenance of pellet stoves

Comprehensive maintenance ensures proper functioning, the longevity and the optimum yield of your stove.

Each service includes :

  • Le complete dismantling and cleaning of the appliance
  • Le cleaning the crucible, heat exchangers and exhaust duct

I work on most makes on the market and only replace parts after a precise diagnosis and the customer's agreement.

🧴 Home care and safety products

When I work with you, I make available a selection of complementary products and equipment designed to extend the lifespan of installations and enhance the safety of occupants:

  • Glass and surface cleaners for wood and pellet stoves
  • Chimney sweeping and anti-dust granules professionals
  • Aerosol degreasers, lubricants and technical cleaners
  • X-Sense smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, certified to NF EN 14604

This equipment is offered directly during the interview, with an explanation of its use and a check that it is working properly.

🧱 Creation and renovation of flues

I make the creating, upgrading or renovating flues for stoves, boilers and inserts.

The work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the DTU 24.1 and 24.2 :

  • Technical study and sizing of the duct
  • Rigid or flexible stainless steel pipe depending on the configuration
  • Installation of double-wall insulated ducts (stainless steel or enamelled)
  • Floor and attic penetrations with CE-certified accessories
  • Installation of roof caps, flashings and outlets adapted

Each installation is the subject of a final visual inspection and a draw test.

🚁 Height inspection by drone

Certain areas of the roof or chimney stacks require a specific approach.
Thanks to inspection by drone, I can:

  • Check duct stumps and outlets in complete safety
  • Identify cracks, infiltrations or draught anomalies
  • Provide a precise visual report accompanied by high-definition images

This technology allows me to document every intervention accurately, without unnecessary dismantling or risk to the roof.

Certification, monitoring and traceability

Each intervention is the subject of a full report :

  • Chimney sweeping certificate or maintenance certificate
  • Technical report in the event of a fault
  • Personalised advice to improve safety, performance and comfort
