Guaranteed activities include
- Le sweeping all types of ducts; ;
- Work on the smoke and mirrors and the creation or renovation of flues; ;
- L’installation and maintenance wood-burning stoves, pellet-burning stoves, boilers, heat pumps, ventilation systems and solar thermal systems; ;
- La maintenance and repairs to heating and ventilation equipment.
These guarantees cover damage:
- occurred during the execution of the work (Operating liability),
- resulting from a fault or defect after intervention (Professional liability),
- and disorders related to ten-year guarantee when the installation is incorporated into the structure.
The maximum cover amounts are set at :
- 8,000,000 for personal injury ;
- 2,500,000 for property damage and consequential loss; ;
- 200,000 for accidental environmental damage.
Official certificates (ten-year certificate, insurance, Kbis, etc.) can be available on request for any project requiring their presentation.
